wherein you will find ramblings about fiber dyeing, spinning, knitting,... and photos (sometimes), family and friend updates, rants when i need to, lack of upper case letters, weird punctuation and freedom of expression (especially mine)! To answer the question of where did it come from... this "twisted mom/twisted sandy" thing. ...during the 90's a group of my spinning students became spinning friends, which morphed into Twisted Sisters, which evolved into calling me the Twisted Mom.

Hania, Crete harbor
a photo i took last October of the harbor at Hania, Crete, which is about 1/2 hour drive from where we will be staying in Vamos. we leave in 6 weeks (and 2 days)
a return trip next year is quite possible. wont really know til we've lived there for 3 months and see how we like it! it would be great if you met us there!!
