We are going to a raki-making party tonight, so Jim will see what kind of arrangements he can make. In Crete there are only a certain number of folks who are licensed to make raki (a distilling process), so anyone who wants raki from their grapes must arrange with those who have licenses. if you don't know what raki is... my descriptive is "fire water". it's like ouzo without the licorice.
